All Juliette Hogan online orders are dispatched from New Zealand.

We ship internationally on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis. This means the receiver is responsible for paying import duties and applicable taxes, including clearance and local taxes, once the shipment has arrived at the specific destination. 

As a result, all international orders are subject to local duty taxes. Local customs duties will vary. Please check the local taxes and duties of your country before placing an order.

Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from DHL.
