JH Reward Validity Period & Reward Extend

All JH Rewards have a set validity period based on the Level the Client is at when issued.

All JH Rewards issued while in this Level have this JH Reward period.

If a new Level is gained, existing JH Rewards validity periods will not change.

All clients can request to extend an unused JH Reward if they have not used it. Requests must be made within 7 days of their expiry date.

All clients can extend their JH Reward expiry date by 7 days.
-
This extension can be used on all JH Rewards gained but can only be applied to each JH Reward once.

Entry and Anniversary JH Reward

A JH Reward will be issued on entry to a Level, and on the anniversary of that Level, if maintained.

If the Level is not maintained, you will receive the anniversary JH Reward for the level you have moved into if a JH Reward is applicable.

The value of this JH Reward is linked to your Level.
Thank You JH Reward – Spend $1500 in a Single Day*

*All individuals in the JH Loyalty Program will earn a $50 JH Reward when $1,500 is spent in a single day if conditions are met, unless;

The Client moves up to another Level because of this shop.

Any other shopping event between the eligible shop date and voucher issue date occurs that moves the client to another Level.

This JH Reward will be issued one week after the purchase is made.
Share the Love
-
Clients may refer as many new clients to the JH Loyalty Program as they would like.

Clients who make referrals will receive a JH Reward if the referred (new) Client makes their first purchase within 30-days of being referred, and purchases against their Client Profile.

To be eligible, each new Client must have a unique email and phone number, which is not already registered with the JH Loyalty program.

New Clients who join JH Loyalty through a referral will receive a Share the Love JH Reward. This JH Reward is valid for 30-days from the issue date of the JH Reward. New clients are not eligible to extend their referral JH Reward.

If the referral voucher is not redeemed, the referrer client will not receive a JH Reward.

If multiple referrals are received for a prospective new Client, only the referral with the earliest create date will be eligible.

The value of both JH Rewards is linked to the referrer’s Loyalty Level.
Birthday Gift

Birthday Gift eligibility is based on the Client’s Level.
-
Eligible individuals will receive a JH Reward close to their birthday each year if their Client Profile has their birthday date recorded.

Individuals can enter their birthday date either in-store or in their Client Profile through the Website.

You can only earn one birthday JH Reward in any 12-month period.

Birthday dates need to be loaded within the Client Profile a minimum of 14-days before the 1st day of the birthday month to receive the JH Reward.
Return Rewards

Return rewards are not a JH Loyalty Program promise, but the type of reward gained if a JH reward is used on a transaction that is later returned.

Return rewards will be added to your account by the team at the time a return is processed.

Return rewards will be of the equal value of the reward/s used on the returned sale.
-
Return rewards have a standard expiry period of 14 days.

Return rewards are not eligible to be extended.
