Please include the following information in your email:
- Date and location of purchase
- Approx. number of times worn
- Approx. number of times cleaned, and how it has been cared for
- A detailed description of the flaw or photos
Our team will advise on the next steps from there. All items are sent to our workroom in Auckland for assessment by our Production team. Please allow 5 working days for us to get back to you with an update.
