We offer Call + Collect from all of our retail stores.

Call + Collect gives you the option to chat with your favourite store, and collect from store at your convenience. Perfect for those who are time-poor, or for securing items on hold for you in-store. To place a call and collect order, get in touch with your nearest JH store. Our team will process your purchase over the phone and prepare the item for collection or delivery. 

COLLECTION TIMEFRAMES

• Provided the garment/s are available at your selected store, we will work to have your order ready within 24 hours.
• If the item/s purchased are not available in your preferred store, we will be working behind the scenes to get your order to the collection location within our standard shipping timeframe of 1-3 business days. 

You will receive an email from our team as soon as your order is ready for collection.
