Standard delivery time frame for Australian Orders is: 1-3 working days from dispatch.

Standard delivery time frame for orders to the rest of the world is: 3-7 working days from dispatch.

We aim for all international orders to be dispatched within 3 working days.

We dispatch orders from all of our retail stores, and our workroom, depending on stock availability. Due to this, orders may take 1-3 working days to be dispatched. 

Orders of multiple items may need to be consolidated in one store before shipment, depending on stock availability, which may add a further 1-3 days before dispatch. 

Please Note:

• Delivery to rural addresses may result in longer delivery times.
• Please allow for 1-2 days extra for dispatch during busy periods, such as sale time, due to increased order volume.
• Orders of multiple items may be dispatched over two or more parcels, depending on the location of stock.
• We aim to provide you with the most accurate delivery time frames, however, once your parcel is with the courier, delivery delays are beyond our control.
