We want to ensure that you choose the right Juliette Hogan piece for you.
You are welcome to exchange any full-priced or sale (discounted) garment you have purchased from us at Juliette Hogan, in-store or online at juliettehogan.com, within the terms laid out in our Returns Policy.
Exchanges are subject to availability. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact hello@juliettehogan.com as soon as you can so we can confirm and secure the replacement item.
For full-priced garments, if you don't want to wait, go ahead and repurchase the item, and we will refund you for the original purchase once we receive the return. To avoid the timings involved in the exchange process, we have a number of clients who will purchase two sizes, to begin with, and return the incorrect size for a full refund.
