If you would like to return a full-priced garment you have purchased online with Juliette Hogan for any reason, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please follow the returns procedure outlined below. 

1. First, fill out the returns form supplied with your order. This must accompany the items you wish to return.
   You can download a copy of our returns form here.
2. Please package the garment carefully, ensuring your name, address and order details are clearly written on the outside of the package. 
3. Return to the following address via tracked courier:

Please note:

• Ensure you address your return to Juliette Hogan Online Returns so that the return is not held up through customs.
• Please declare the items as “Returned Goods” when sending the parcel.
• Shipping costs back to Juliette Hogan are the responsibility of the client.
• Item(s) must be returned unused, unwashed and unaltered, with tags attached.
• Please ensure your return is within our returns policy.
