We aim to make returning or exchanging your order as simple as possible.
If you would like to return a full-priced garment you have purchased online with Juliette Hogan for any reason, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please follow the returns procedure outlined below.
- First, fill out the returns form supplied with your order. This must accompany the items you wish to return.

- Please package the garment carefully, ensuring your name, address, and order details are clearly written on the outside of the package.
- Either (a) drop the return off at your nearest JH store, or (b) return to the following addresses via tracked courier.

- Items must be returned via tracked courier, or returned to one of our stores.
- Shipping costs back to Juliette Hogan are the responsibility of the client.
- Item(s) must be returned unused, unwashed, and unaltered, with tags attached.
- We do not refund or exchange sale items.
- Exchanges can only be made by Juliette Hogan Online or in our stores and not at a Juliette Hogan stockist.
- Items purchased from a Juliette Hogan stockist need to be returned directly to the stockist.
