How do I join JH Loyalty?
You can join JH Loyalty by creating a profile online at juliettehogan.com, or ask a JH team member in-store to create a profile for you.
What personal details do I need to provide to join the JH Loyalty Program?
We require a valid and unique email address and mobile number. We require both these details to validate your unique Client Profile. To be eligible for the Birthday JH Reward at certain Levels of the program, we will also need your birth date registered in your Client Profile.
I have signed up to the JH Loyalty Program, but I am not receiving emails?
Check your junk folder to ensure that your Juliette Hogan emails are not being classified as “junk.” You will need to mark these emails as “safe” to ensure they go straight to your inbox. Alternatively, check your Client Profile and ensure that your communication preferences are set to receive email communications.
What is my JH Loyalty Anniversary date?
Your anniversary date is the date you entered your current JH Loyalty Level. On this date, your 12 month spend is automatically reviewed to determine whether you have maintained your current level, or whether you will move into a lower level. Any time you move up another level within this period your JH Loyalty Anniversary Date will be updated.
How do I apply for a JH Loyalty Pause?
To apply for a JH Loyalty Pause, please contact the team at email@example.com. To qualify, you must be applying to pause for between 6 and 12 months and have a Level 2 or 3 Client Profile.
