How do you calculate my total spend?
JH Loyalty spend is calculated daily. Your JH Loyalty spend includes all eligible purchases in the 365-day period prior.
How do I keep track of my total spend?
Your Client Profile will let you know how much you need to spend to maintain your current Level, and what date you need to reach this spend by. You will also receive this information in all loyalty emails from us.
How much do I need to spend to enter the loyalty levels?
The below table sets out how much you need to spend at Juliette Hogan stores or online over any 365-day period to reach each JH Loyalty Level. This spend is measured in New Zealand Dollars.

What Juliette Hogan products do not contribute towards my loyalty spend?
The following items do not contribute to your overall loyalty spend:
- Gift voucher purchases
- Charity product purchases
- Shipping costs
- Sale items
How do I make sure my purchases count towards my total spend?
For your purchases to count towards your total spend, ensure the transaction is logged against your Client Profile when you buy eligible products. You can do this online by logging into your Client Profile at checkout, or in-store by giving the team your details at the time of purchase.
If I return an item, will it be taken from my purchase history and loyalty spend?
Yes, once an item is returned its value will be removed from your overall transaction history and loyalty spend, which may affect future benefits.
