JH Benefit: A specific entitlement that an individual may receive as part of the JH Loyalty Program. JH Benefits are different to JH Rewards as they are not a dollar-off discount.
FREE SHIPPING WITHIN NEW ZEALAND AND AUSTRALIA
Free Shipping within New Zealand and Australia is available for all individuals logged in with a Client Profile who spend over $199NZD in a single transaction.
- Free Shipping is for New Zealand and Australian addresses only.
- International Orders for countries, other than Australia, have a shipping flat rate of $30NZD
At JH we understand that not everyone is the same height. This is why we offer Complimentary hemming. If you are interested in having a garment hemmed, please pop into one of our stores, or email us at email@example.com

At JH we pride ourselves on creating beautiful clothing that fits perfectly. This is why, for some Loyalty Levels we offer Complimentary Alterations as a JH Benefit.
- Complimentary alterations eligibility is strictly based on the Client’s Level.
- Complimentary alterations are to be completed through Juliette Hogan, and not a third party alterations provider.
- We are unable to accept returns on garments that have been altered unless the garment is faulty.
- Complimentary alterations are limited to the selection of alterations that we already offer.
- These include:
- Strap shortening / lengthening
- Sleeve shortening
- Top & jacket shortening
- Other minor alterations
- There may be exceptions to this list where an alteration is not technically possible due to garment construction or materials availability.
- If you are after an alteration but you are not sure if we offer it, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or connect with a team member in-store.
JH STYLING APPOINTMENTS
Personal in-store or virtual styling appointments with a JH Stylist.
- JH styling appointments are available to all individuals with a Client Profile.
- JH styling appointments are subject to availability.
JH LOYALTY PAUSE
If you expect you will not be making any JH purchases for a period of time, you can request a JH Loyalty Pause. This will maintain your Loyalty Level for between 6 to 12 months whilst you are inactive. To action a JH Loyalty Pause please contact our team at email@example.com
- During this time, no JH Rewards will be issued, and you will not move Levels.
- If you shop during this period, your profile will still be paused and no applicable returns will be earned.
- Clients may only apply for this once within a 24-month period.
- All pause applications are subject to approval at the discretion of Juliette Hogan.
EARLY ACCESS TO LIMITED BRAND OFFERS & EVENTS
At JH we enjoy celebrating and may offer event invites, limited promotions, and other brand offers to selected Clients.
- Early Access to Limited Brand Events eligibility is based on the Client’s Level.
- Early access does not guarantee availability.
LIFESTYLE PARTNER OFFERS
JH is proud to work along side other supportive lifestyle partners. These partners may provide special offers to our JH Loyalty Clients, including but not limited to: discounts off of products/services, event invites, and other promotional activities.
- Lifestyle Partner Offers eligibility is based on the Client’s Level.
- Lifestyle Partner offers will be set out by Juliette Hogan and may be redeemed through a third party.
- The specific terms and conditions of each offer will be specified at the time the offer is communicated.
EARLY ACCESS TO RANGE BOOKS
A sneak peek at the upcoming collections - the ultimate insiders guide to the brand.
- Early Access to Range Books eligibility is based on the Client’s Level.
- Collection range books are available as stipulated by Juliette Hogan.
- Juliette Hogan reserves the right to alter or remove products shown in the range book.
- Delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed.
- Range book access does not guarantee stock availability when the item is available for purchase.
- All range books will be communicated via email.
- Range book access is for eligible recipients only and should not be shared.
- In the instance that you move down a level after receiving early range book access but before it becomes public online, the range book will not be able to be viewed online.
- Birthday Gift eligibility is based on the Client’s Level.
- Eligible individuals will receive a Birthday Gift close to their birthday each year if their Client Profile has their birthday date recorded.
- Individuals can enter their birthday date either in-store or in their Client Profile through the Website.
- You can only earn one Birthday Gift in any 12-month period.
- Birthday dates need to be loaded within the Client Profile a minimum of 14-days before the 1st day of the birthday month to receive the Birthday Gift.

- Free order returns eligibility is based on the Client’s Level.
- If eligible, free returns apply to all purchases - online or through a Juliette Hogan Store.
- The purchase needs to be against the client’s profile to be eligible for returns.
- Free returns are provided in the form of a return shipping label, included in the order when it is dispatched from Juliette Hogan.
- Clients are responsible for packaging and preparing their items for return, and either booking the courier themselves through the provided link or letting the JH team know your return is ready to be picked up.
- The Juliette Hogan standard returns policy applies to all orders subject to free returns.
FIRST PURCHASE 10%
As a way to say thank you, new clients will be offered 10% off their first purchase at Juliette Hogan.
- This offer can be redeemed in store and online.
- This offer cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other promotional codes or JH Rewards.
EXCLUSIVE FEEDFORWARD OPPORTUNITIES
- Exclusive Feedforward Opportunities eligibility is based on the Client’s Level.
- Exclusive Feedforward opportunities will be available on an ad hoc basis as set out by Juliette Hogan.
