The JH Loyalty Program set out in this document by Juliette Hogan (“JH Loyalty Terms + Conditions”) concern the operation of the JH Loyalty Program, the use of the JH Client Profile Portal and any promotional activity and loyalty transactions that arise because of the JH Loyalty Program, including but not limited to JH Rewards and JH Benefits.
Individuals who join the JH Loyalty Program and/or redeem JH Rewards and JH Benefits agree to be legally bound by the JH Loyalty Terms and Conditions.
The JH Loyalty Terms + Conditions may be modified at any time without prior notification by Juliette Hogan at its absolute discretion. Despite anything to the contrary contained in this document, any modification to JH Loyalty Terms + Conditions may be applied to a client retrospectively.
- Juliette Hogan will not accept any liability for any email communication to any Client that is misdirected, lost, or not received.
- Juliette Hogan will not accept any liability for any technical issues that may cause damage to any computer related to or used in connection with the JH Loyalty Program.
- Juliette Hogan may collect personal information from Clients to facilitate the JH Loyalty Program. Please see Juliette Hogan Limited’s Privacy Policy for more information.
- In its absolute discretion, Juliette Hogan reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the JH Loyalty Program or any individual JH Reward/JH Benefit issued at any time.
- Juliette Hogan reserves the right to refuse or terminate an individual's access to the JH Loyalty Program without prior notice or reason and at its absolute discretion.
- Juliette Hogan will not be liable for any tax liability incurred by an individual in connection with the JH Loyalty Program, including that incurred in the provision of JH Rewards.
The JH Loyalty Terms + Conditions are to be read in conjunction with any additional conditions associated with JH Rewards, as well as in conjunction with Juliette Hogan Website’s Terms + Conditions. In the event of any discrepancies, Juliette Hogan's decision in its absolute discretion will be final and binding.
Juliette Hogan’s decision on all matters arising in relation to the JH Loyalty Program is final and binding.
JH LOYALTY | MEMBERSHIP
- Membership to the JH Loyalty Program is only open to individuals with a valid email address and mobile number on their Client Profile. These fields are required to create a Client Profile.
- An individual is deemed to be a part of the JH Loyalty Program when they sign up on the Website, or in-store by giving a JH team member their details.
- At any time, individuals may only have one Client Profile with the JH Loyalty Program.
- Client Profile, and JH Rewards and JH Benefits are not transferable.
- It is the responsibility of the individual to update their Client Profile.
- Terminating your Client Profile: If you would like to terminate your JH Client Profile you can do this by talking to one of our team members in-store, calling our team or emailing us at hello@juliettehogan.com. We are entitled if we determine to do so, to terminate your Client Profile at any time by providing you with at least 30-days’ notice. We may also terminate your membership without notice if we think you have breached these Terms + Conditions. If your Client Profile is terminated, you will no longer be entitled to accrue, spend, or redeem any Benefits or Rewards.
- Restrictions that apply to your Client Profile: You cannot transfer your profile to anyone else. This means that you cannot accept anyone else's spend, JH Benefit or JH Rewards. If you think you have more than one Client Profile, please let the JH team know by emailing us at hello@juliettehogan.com. If you do have more than one client profile, we will be able to merge those memberships for you.
JH REWARDS + BENEFITS | TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- JH Rewards + JH Benefits can only be earned through purchases directly from Juliette Hogan Stores or the Website.
- At its sole discretion, Juliette Hogan may update a Client Profile with a JH Reward and/or JH Benefit because of purchasing behaviour, incentive and/or promotional activities.
- Juliette Hogan may notify the Client via email of their entitlement to any JH Rewards and/or JH Benefits but cannot guarantee the delivery of these emails.
- Any spend or reward value displayed in an email is accurate only at the time of the email sent.
- Juliette Hogan reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or vary the JH Rewards and/or JH Benefits without notice and at any time.
- JH Rewards are expressed in a monetary form - for example, a $30 JH Reward. However, in no way does JH Rewards represent legal tender in any country.
- JH Rewards are treated as dollar-off discounts against items purchased, and like all discounts, the value cannot be refunded.
- Your JH Recognition Reward value is calculated on your daily total spend at Juliette Hogan and will activate within 48 hours of your purchase and you will be able to redeem your JH Reward immediately from then.
- JH Benefits are not expressed in a monetary form. In no way does JH Benefits represent legal tender in any country.
- Individuals can use multiple JH Rewards in a single transaction.
- Individuals can not use multiple JH Benefits in a single transaction.
- Each JH Reward can only be applied to a single transaction. If the entire value is not used, the remainder is no longer available to spend.
- JH Rewards have a fixed issue and expiry date and can only be used on or after the issue date and up to 11:59 pm NZST on their expiry date.
- All JH Rewards have a set validity period based on the Level of the Client and/or Type of Reward.
- All clients can extend their JH Reward expiry date by 7 days.
- This extension can be used on all JH Rewards gained but can only be applied to each JH Reward once.
- All clients can request to extend an unused JH Reward if they have not used it. Requests must be made within 7 days of their expiry date.
- JH Rewards + JH Benefits cannot be sold, transferred, or assigned and are not redeemable for cash or any other instruments, including (but not limited to) gift vouchers, gift cards, cheques, and credit notes.
- JH Rewards cannot be redeemed in conjunction with JH Benefits or promotional codes.
- JH Rewards + JH Benefits can only be redeemed at Juliette Hogan Stores in New Zealand and on the Juliette Hogan Website.
- The currency in which JH Rewards are redeemed will be based in New Zealand Dollars.
- Juliette Hogan reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude certain items and promotions from being redeemed by using JH Rewards. Products that cannot be purchased using JH Rewards include gift vouchers, charity products, freight costs and alterations. Juliette Hogan reserves the right to add to the excluded products list from time to time.
- If a Client Profile is terminated from the JH Loyalty Program, all outstanding and future JH Rewards and JH Benefits will no longer be valid and will be rendered invalid.
- JH Rewards can take up to 48-hours after a qualifying purchase in-store or order dispatch from an online purchase before they are available for redemption.
- All JH Rewards have an expiry date at which point they will no longer be available for redemption. Juliette Hogan reserves the right to change the expiry date of any JH Reward at any time without prior notice.
- Only JH Rewards from one JH Loyalty Program profile can be presented per transaction.
- Juliette Hogan will not be held responsible or liable if JH Rewards or JH Benefits are not able to be redeemed for whatever reason but specifically, in the case of a technical failure of software or hardware or an EFTPOS malfunction.
- JH Rewards can only be redeemed once. If you try to redeem more than once this will be later declined and a member of the Juliette Hogan team will be in contact with you.
- In any transaction where a JH Reward is used, the total value of goods purchased, minus any products not eligible, must be the same or higher than the value of the reward.
- Returns: If a client wishes to return a purchase that has previously earned a JH Reward, Juliette Hogan will process the return and generate a new reward of the same value.
- In the instance that not all items purchased with a JH Reward are returned, the reward will be valid against the item that the client keeps.
- Faulty Items: If your purchase is deemed faulty, you will be reimbursed with (a) a replacement item or exchange, in which case your JH Reward will not be able to be redeemed again, or (b) a refund for the amount paid and your JH Reward will be reloaded against your client profile.
- Any items purchased using a JH Reward redemption will only be sold as their value less the redemption as a discount. This will become the actual sale price for the item, and therefore its return/exchange value.
- Exchanges: All purchased where a JH Reward has been used are eligible to be exchanged accordance with our Returns Policy. If the exchange is for a lesser value, Juliette Hogan will process a full return first and any JH Rewards earned on the initial transaction purchase will be forfeited. If a subsequent exchange purchase warrants a JH Reward based on the transaction value, then the client will earn JH Rewards on the subsequent transaction purchase in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- JH Loyalty Recognition Rewards cannot be earned through purchases of discounted "Sale" items from Juliette Hogan Stores or the Website.
