Our JH Rewards are divided into three categories: Spend Recognition Rewards, Anniversary Rewards, and Share The Love. Continue reading for more information on each of these types of JH Rewards.

JH Reward: Time-limited, dollar-off discounts that are given to clients because of purchasing behaviours, incentives and/or promotions.

SPEND RECOGNITION REWARDS

No matter your Level, spend $250+ at Juliette Hogan in a single day, you will receive a JH Reward to use you on your next purchase with us.

• Spend more than $250 receive a $25 Recognition Reward
• Spend more than $500 receive a $50 Recognition Reward
• Spend more than $1000 receive a $100 Recognition Reward
• Spend more than $1500 receive a $150 Recognition Reward
• Spend more than $2500 receive a $250 Recognition Reward

ANNIVERSARY REWARDS

To recognise and celebrate your Anniversary of joining the JH Loyalty Program, we'll load your account with a JH Reward to spend with us. The higher your level the more generous the reward.

• A JH Reward will be issued on the one year anniversary of entering a Level, if maintained. 
• If the Level is not maintained, you will not receive the anniversary JH Reward
• The value of this JH Reward is linked to your Level, and may vary. 

 SHARE THE LOVE

For those of you that love to share, for any friend that you refer to us who goes on to become a JH customer, we'll gift both of you with a JH Reward.

• Clients may refer as many new clients to the JH Loyalty Program as they would like.  
• Clients who make referrals will receive a JH Reward if the referred (new) Client makes their first purchase within 30-days of being referred, and purchases against their Client Profile. 
• To be eligible, each new Client must have a unique email and phone number, which is not already registered with the JH Loyalty program.  
• New Clients who join JH Loyalty through a referral will receive a Share the Love JH Reward. This JH Reward is valid for 30-days from the issue date of the JH Reward. New clients are not eligible to extend their referral JH Reward.  
• Clients who successfully refer a New Client to the JH Loyalty program will also receive a Share The Love JH Reward. This JH Reward is valid for 30-days from issue date. These
• If the referral voucher is not redeemed, the referrer client will not receive a JH Reward.  
• If multiple referrals are received for a prospective new Client, only the referral with the earliest create date will be eligible. 
• The value of both JH Rewards is linked to the referrer’s Loyalty Level.  

RETURN REWARDS  

• Return rewards are not a JH Loyalty Program promise, but the type of reward gained if a JH reward is used on a transaction that is later returned.  
• Return rewards will be added to your account by the team at the time a return is processed.  
• Return rewards will be of the equal value of the reward/s used on the returned sale.  
• Return rewards have a standard expiry period of 14 days.
• Return rewards are not eligible to be extended.
