The amount of the Client's money exchanged in return for goods, not the value of the goods purchased.

Technical Issues 

Means the technical malfunction of any telephone or IP network, connection or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems, or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website or intranet site.
