How long does it take? 

We will aim to have your repairs completed within four weeks from receiving your item. 
 

What can be repaired?

We can repair selected Juliette Hogan or JHL branded items purchased from a Juliette Hogan boutique, stockist or second-hand.  Please see below for exclusions. 
 

We do not offer the following repairs: 

• Marked/stained items including fading or discolouration
• Worn out fabric 
• Holes in denim or JH Down
• Re-dying garments 
• Upcycling or reworking garments 
• Repairing leather items 

Garments we can’t repair:

• JH undergarments 
• JHL bodysuit 
• Unclean garments or other garments that we deem to be unsanitary to repair 
• JH seconds + samples 

The following repairs will likely result in a visually altered garment: 

• Patching holes
• Torn seam repair 

What if I don’t live near a Juliette Hogan store?

Our repair process is available through our online repair request portal. 

 

Is my item too old to be repaired?

We encourage our clients to submit items to be repaired regardless of the age of the garment. The determining factor of whether we can or cannot complete a repair is due to damage – severity or extent. 

While our intention is always to extend the life of your Juliette Hogan garment, there are natural limits to what repairs can reasonably achieve. Garments that have undergone multiple previous repairs, significant patching, or extensive fabric fatigue may reach a point where further repair compromises the structure, comfort, or appearance of the piece.

As a general guideline, we may not be able to proceed with repairs on garments that:

• Have had multiple repairs in the same area
• Show extensive fabric thinning, weakening, or breakdown due to age or wear
• Require repeated patching that would significantly alter the original design or function

All repairs are assessed on a case-by-case basis by our production team. If a garment is deemed to have reached the end of its practical repair life, we will communicate this with care and transparency.
