We will only accept clean garments back for repair - regardless of the damage.
If you submit an item for repair that we deem is not clean, the item will be returned to you for cleaning. -
Juliette Hogan takes no responsibility for items lost in transit.

Costs incurred for the shipping of the repair to Juliette Hogan is the responsibility of the client unless the garment is deemed faulty.

Courier costs to return completed repairs are complimentary for NZ domestic addresses.

We offer repairs on selected Juliette Hogan or JHL branded items purchased from a Juliette Hogan boutique, stockist or second-hand.

In submitting your item for repair, you are consenting to us changing the finished look of the item if required to complete the repair.

JH Stylists cannot make a final assessment about whether a repair is possible and the associated cost. All final assessments are made by the repairs team only.

Juliette Hogan reserves the right to refuse to repair an item.

If the item you have submitted for repair is deemed faulty, then we will be in touch regarding compensation.

In the instance we have contacted you for approval of price or visual difference, we ask you to agree within 7 days. If we have not heard from you, we will return the garment to you.
