The Repair Journey
AT JULIETTE HOGAN, WE ARE PROUD TO OFFER COMPLIMENTARY SIMPLE REPAIRS ON ALL OUR GARMENTS.
1. REQUEST A REPAIR
Visit any of our Juliette Hogan stores, and our team will be delighted to begin your repair journey. Our trained team will let you know what the JH Repairs process entails, give you an indication as to whether a repair is possible, and if the repair will be free (simple) or incur a cost (complex). For complex repairs processed through one of our stores, we will only get in touch again if the price is higher than originally indicated due to complexity, if the repair will cause significant visual differences or, after review from our production team, the repair is not possible.
Our repair service is also available through our online channel if this is more convenient for you.
2. REPAIR ASSESSMENT
Our production team will assess your repair within five working days of receiving your garment or online repair request. If you requested your repair through our online portal, after assessment we will confirm your repair, and if deemed 'complex' provide a price, payment instructions, and instructions on sending your garment to us.
3. REPAIR IN PROGRESS
Once the repair has been approved, our team will work to complete the repair within four weeks. We will be in contact with you if there is any delay on this turnaround time.
4. REPAIR COMPLETE
When your repair is completed, and our team have done a final assessment, your item will be sent back to store for payment and collection or shipped directly to the address you have provided.
