Our aim is to create pieces that accompany you throughout your life. Through designing timeless garments in quality fabrications, we ensure our clients can enjoy each piece with time on their side and the ability to enhance their love and connection with their JH garment. The more love and care we put into a piece, from its design to its wear and care, the more resilient and enduring the garment will become. However, after years of adventure and love, your beloved piece may need some extra care.

With this in mind, we want to ensure our garments are with you for as many years of enjoyment as possible. Our repairs program looks to add life to your loved JH garments and aid in the continuation of an enduring relationship. With our in-house production team, we take the time to thoroughly assess your garment and offer our expert skills to not only repair but strengthen your piece. As we know there is no better feeling than having a loved and known garment, renewed and back in your wardrobe.

We always recommend following the individual care instructions provided for each garment, in order to prolong the garment's life. While we do not provide a warranty or guarantee on our products, repairs may be possible based on an assessment of your item.

For simple repairs, the repair service will be complimentary. These simple repairs include: broken stitching, button replacement, pulls in knitwear and restitching hems.

For complex repairs, the repair will incur a fee depending on the type of repair needed. Complex repairs include: repairing and reinforcing small tears and holes, or repairing and replacing lining, zips and elastic.

All other repairs and their pricing are determined via an assessment by our production team. They will look at the complexity and cost of the repair needed before setting a price.
